Warranty

Laptops come with a shop warranty. The exact period is shown on each product page.

Warranty covers faults that are not caused by physical damage, liquid, power surges or unauthorised repairs.

Reporting a problem

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is faulty or not as described. Send your order number, a short description and photos/videos on WhatsApp.

What happens next

1. We review your request and may ask for more details.
2. If approved, we arrange collection or you bring it to our shop.
3. We inspect the item, then repair, replace or refund it.

Refunds are made to the original payment method once the inspection is complete.

Your rights

This policy does not limit your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
