Terms of Sale & Website Use

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from JIMAS Computer's Nigeria Ltd. (RC 1500763), 9 Medical Road, Shop 5, Diamond Plaza, Opp. Zenith Bank, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other Nigerian law.

Prices

• Prices are in Naira and are the prices you pay for the items. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Paystack processing fee: if you choose to pay online with Paystack, a processing fee is shown as its own line before you pay. Bank transfer, pay on delivery and pay at pickup have no such fee.
• We check prices carefully. If an obvious pricing mistake gets through, we'll contact you before accepting the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Sales, offers and vouchers

• Sale prices, flash sales, personal offers and ad-page offers are real: you pay the lower price shown, and when the timer ends the normal price applies again. A "was" price is the price the item normally sells for on this website.
• A personal offer or voucher is for the person it was sent to, can be used once (unless it says otherwise), and ends at the time shown. It can't be exchanged for cash.
• Unless stated, a voucher can't be used on items that are already on sale. Only one discount applies to an item.
• Any bonus promised with an offer (for example a free bag) is written on your order and included when you receive it.

Your order

• Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment, or for pay on delivery when our team confirms it by phone.
• Stock on the website is live. If an item becomes unavailable after you've paid, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.
• Used laptops are described honestly, including their condition grade. Photos may show the model unless marked as photos of the actual unit.

Payment

We accept Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD), direct bank transfer (we confirm it in our bank app — screenshots alone are not proof), pay on delivery in selected areas, and pay at pickup. Unpaid orders are cancelled after the time shown at checkout and the items are released.

Delivery and pickup

• Delivery times are estimates. We'll keep you updated on your order tracking page.
• Please check the item when it arrives. Once delivered, the item is your responsibility.
• Pickup orders are held for the time shown at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel an unpaid order from your order page. For a paid order, contact us before it's dispatched for a full refund.

Warranty and returns

See our Returns, Refunds & Warranty page. If an item is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides.

Using this website

Don't misuse the website (for example placing fake orders, trying to break in, or copying our content or photos). We may block accounts or orders that do. Reviews must be honest and about a product you bought.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for what we sell and for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for data on a device you send us for repair or return — please back it up first.
